Types of Support

Your messages to discussion list or webboard will be dealt with as soon as possible at no charge.

Your e-mail will be dealt with a higher priority over free e-mail support users.

Special support includes everything in basic email support. Your email will be dealt with a higher priority over basic email support users. All you suggestions for mnoGoSearch development will receive strong consideration. If possible we will implement your suggestions in future releases.

Support service will respond to your request during one business day.

When need arise we can log in to your system, using login information you provide and try to solve the problem "at place" (but not more than 6 times a year).

Extended support includes everything we offer in basic email support, plus: your email will receive stronger consideration than basic email and special support messages. Your requests will be reviewed in one business day. When need arise we can log in to your system, using you Login and try to solve the problem "at place" (but not more than 12 times a year). We can as well customize the system in accordance with your needs (once a year).

Installation services

The installation service is intended for those customers who for some reason have difficulties installing mnoGoSearch. Upon your request our operators will install mnoGoSearch software on your server and configure it according to your requirements.

With this subscription you receive free Regular Updates option for 3 months.

Regular Updates

Regular Updates are available only for those customers who have had mnoGoSearch system installed by mnoGoSearch staff.

MnoGoSearch system is in constant development. New features and bug fixes are released on a regular basis. Regular Updates will automatically keep your system up-to-date during a year.

Subscribing for Regular Updates:

* As soon as new version of mnoGoSearch is released, all subscribers are notified via e-mail. After confirmination that you would like to receive an update, our operators will log in to your system and update the software.
