mnoGoSearch version: mnoGoSearch-3.1.8 Database version: MySql OS: RadHat 6.2 Hardware: IBM Server 320, 5x2,1GB HDD (Raid 0 & Raid5), 2xP90, 64MB After "testing" a few search engines, I found udmsearch, which uses rel. DBs. I installed it and was really impressed.
Indexing takes a long time (several hours) on my P90, but searching for more than one word doesn't take more than 5-10 seconds.

Be warned it gets really confused if URLs are generated using JavaScript.

This was much nicer to setup. udmsearch + mysql
setup was alot less of a headache then htdig.
I like the configuration file setup too.
